Character Sheets: Cleopatra and Solitaire

I wanted Alexander’s inner circle to include another team-beating master-villain. Cleopatra fits that role. Her powers are based on Atom Eve from Invincible, with her sexuality inspired by the Legend of Queen Opala – which I’ve only seen fan art of. Rivalry between Cleopatra and the Rose drives a lot of the conflict inside Alexander’s organization. Cleopatra is the up-front, in-your-face half of that.

Solitaire fills the “no offensive powers” archetype on Cleopatra’s operations team, slinging guns and her perfect knowledge of opponents’ weaknesses when fight time comes. She’s also a huge strategic asset that Rose wants to control. She also fits an archetype of a super-villain that I really like – the potentially incredibly powerful character who’s limited by their own lack of vision and ambition.
