On Arrallon, there are many unique and strange things.  The one that seems to draw the most attention, for obvious reasons, is the Hermaphrodite.  They are not transsexuals, dick girls, or futanari as may be found on other worlds and in other realities.  They are sexual shapeshifters, capable of become either male or female at will, or combining the two sexes in any way they chose.  But that is hardly the limit of their powers.  They can also produce alternate body parts wherever they wish them.

A Hermaphrodite can squeeze their breasts together and create a pass-through vagina between.  They can grow four foot cocks from their nipples, replace their hand with another head, grow a functioning mouth where their navel once was, or completely duplicate their front on their back.  The options are endless and entirely up to the imagination of the individual Herm.  But there's a problem,… there are two distinct types of Hermaphrodites on Arrallon.

The basic difference between them is simple.  The True Hermaphrodites are literally the children of the God/dess Hermaphrodite.  They are immortal beings, who stay to themselves on their sacred island in the Mauritian Sea.  Few have ever seen them or managed to trespass on their homeland.  However, the True Herms are curious and can easily disguise themselves as anyone or anything (almost).  And so, their seed was spread to the rest of the world long ago.

As is common with immortal genes, they are perfect, flawless, and obviously dominant.  So those few children born of a mortal and a Hermaphrodite parent also inherited their shapeshifting abilities.  Unfortunately, they also inherited the Herm's sex drive.  Only the immortal True Hermaphrodites were born with the power to control their own urges (most of the time).  They are inherently immune to sexual stimulation, seduction and many erotic magics.  Their mortal offspring, on the other hand, are not.  Thus the introduction of the Hermaphrodite gene into the various humanoid races of Arrallon caused something of a problem, Psychosis Sexualis.

Those who have not been fully trained to contain their sexual urges are often extreme in their sexual behavior.  On Arrallon, that is a rarity, as sexuality has never been considered taboo or unseemly in most of the human cultures of the world.  Sex is open, public nudity is common, and even sexually transmitted diseases have long since been eradicated thanks to both Erotic and Divine magic and the medicines of paratechnology.  Nudity is only restricted by the weather outside, and many adventurers and wealthy nobles have developed basic energy defense that makes freezing temperatures and boiling heat irrelevant to that concern.  So, how extreme would one have to be to be considered out of control on Arrallon?

Some mortal Herms, not trained to control their urges, have literally starved to death as they refused to do anything but fuck and suck all day long.  Some have developed other psychological maladies due to their inability to concentrate long enough to keep a job or tend to their own basic needs.  But many have fallen prey to those who would literally feed on their need for constant sex.  The Allura Devils of the New Hell, the Yochlol of Tadilva, the Succubae of various Demon Princess, and even those Tieflings, Succubae, and Fey creatures of Narcissa's Shendelvari are constantly on the hunt for those too weak to keep it in their pants.  But it doesn't take a demon or devil to prey on the sexually unfettered,… there are plenty of Hermaphrodite madams across the globe who have control over their sex drive, and know that a horny young Herm who doesn't is a prize asset to add to herm stables.
