Huntress of Cock-O-Vamps

Her name is Agoapeia. She is cursed to incite
the arousal of hideous creatures, called Cock-O-Vamps, as soon as they pick up
her scent. They first appeared in Steam City twenty years ago, when she was
still a mere child. They dwell in abandoned warehouses and factories, and
especially in the city's sewers, only coming out to feast on flesh, eating the
males, doing worse to the females.
Ever since she witnessed the slaughtering of her family, revenge is all she knows. Her heart is filled with hatred. And she uses her curse to lure her prey out into her deadly reach.
