Stargazing

Dec 06, 2022
We spent weeks preparing for this moment. Plotting its course on our charts; making precise calculations. The comet only passes by Earth every 200 years so this was a once in a lifetime opportunity. 3:07 AM. That was the time it passed over our area. We stayed up all night. There was no way in hell we were going to risk oversleeping. Luckily, we found each other's company more than enough to keep us occupied. Our reward was a spectacle that can only be described as magical. I'm so happy you were with me to see it. I love you, Stargazer.

Thanks for looking!
