Testing different render techniques

Heya, really wanted to mess around with a more "cinematic" aspect ratio and a bit more colour tweaking in post so here is what I came up with, let me know what y'all think! 

Also I've been writing a storyline that will involve all these characters so it all ties in a bit nicer, perhaps when I have the time I might make a longer form "series" as it's something I've always wanted to mess with as opposed to doing these small snippets. I feel like I have the set/lighting reasonably sorted and the character models are basically there, just some small tweaks to be done.

Lastly, what does everyone think of a boy/girl story? Again I want to make sure I nail the vibe before I take off doing anything hastily. Keen to hear your thoughts.
