Trouble in the Neutral Zone (23)

Captain T'Futa calls for an all-crew muster in the shuttle bay. The crew buzzes with curiosity: whatever the reason for the muster, it is certainly something unusual. Much to his embarrassment, the Captain calls for Master Chief Batey to join her on the operations deck. He is painfully self-conscious of his desperate state of arousal, which he knows is obvious to everyone. He wishes he'd had time to relieve himself before coming to the muster.

"We are gathered here today to bestow the Federation's highest honor on Master Batey: the Starfleet Medal of Valor," the Captain announces.

The crew of the Succor reacts with a mix of astonishment, amusement, and indignation, murmuring restlessly as the Captain hangs the coveted medal around Batey's neck.

The Captain and Chief Medical Officer reads Batey's citation: 

"Master Batey was captured by the Romulan secret police and subjected to savage beating of his testicles for several hours. Then he was anally gang-assaulted by every Tal Shiar officer in the sector. Finally, the chief interrogator of the Tal Shiar pierced his genitals with nine electrically-charged pain actuators. Batey's courageous submission to beating, assault, and torture directly led to the capture of a high ranking officer of the Romulan secret police and rendered invaluable service to the crew of the USS Succor and the Federation."
