1013 Naked Adventure

Funny how when you set out on an adventure the first thing you figure out is how unprepared you are for it. High heel boots running through a jungle. Black leather clothing that is hot as hell. And Midnight called the dark city streets her home, not this green, sweaty, tangled mess of vegetation. She tripped, plants got in the way, she could not find her way back to the path, and an overwhelming sense of panic that she could be lost out here if she lost sight of Lexi started creeping into her thoughts.

And she was hot. So hot her head started to feel funny, which was never a good sign.

The firing of the mercenary groups continued as she worked twice as hard as Lexi to keep up with the girl. She worried Lexi was leading her into one of their firing lines, or a trap of her own by any of their relatives. Lexi had to be slowing her pace just to allow her to keep up, as she never really seemed to lose track of her mud-covered body.

Whenever she stopped, she lost sight of Lexi, but when she got her breath back, there she was.

She was being played. Led along. Lexi knew she was following her.

This had to end, and it had to end quick.
