Elfin Dawn (Angel)

She knows the Elven names of most of the places on Earth, from before the Crusades, when the Church drove Elves and Fae from this world. She is a part of Vex's allies from Hell, from the Elves, both dark and light, exiled there because humankind stole their lands and ancestral home. She is a part of the Island's security forces, she lives off the land, hangs around in the middle of nowhere naked, and she knows where you are going to be and shows up on her own accord when she needs to deliver a message or share a thought.

How she got to the mainland is beyond me, at dawn she appeared, let me know a few things, and then she was gone again.
