Hornet Girl is facing off against Blue Tick, an evil villain who once was a former disgraced police officer, Martin Ducey.
Getting hammered by the flying black-clad superheroine, Blue Tick leaped from the parking lot to the top of the police precinct building. He planned to make several more leaps to escape from the buzzing heroine, but Hornet Girl quickly responded and hit the former cop with her stinger ray.
