Joy’s laptop is broken, her husband is away, so she phones her grandson to see if he can fix it. Her grandson recommends his friend Romano, as he’s a supergeek. Romano comes round and starts looking at the laptop in the living room. But that’s not the faulty one, the faulty one is upstairs in the spare bedroom.
