I really intended to keep this in my own universe, but a friend pointed out that this looked like a Dragonball Z reference and now I can't un-see it. So here we have "Bulma" and "Piccolo" going at it. I don't know if Piccolo is supposed to have those arm things on his legs too. I couldn't find any official reference images that show his legs.
