Shore (Naudiah)

Bane of mariners, curse of the seas, the devils under the waves are worshipped by the evil sea creatures, cult-like fishmen, and others who care not for those who walk on land. They are feared even by those who worship them, even more cruel than the sea itself, those who live under its deadly waves, and care very little for the niceties of life and the tenets of civilization.

Naudiah tries to shed her cold and cruel demeanor, remembering who she was before she joined the devils of the deep. She doesn't like treating humans as crabs and eels do their food. She worries the wrathful devil lords of the depths know this and see weakness. I see this as a strength. She wishes to change the nature of the demons of the waves to be a more reasoned and civilized society. As it is, they remain under the grips of the demons of wrath, as violent as a hurricane eye-wall and as uncaring as a tsunami wave sweeping away the remnants of humankind.
