The seductive exhibitionist scheming madam sends the photo of the western tourist girls to her master, the Sultan, with a message “Master I was returning through the old town and found these western girls wandering in the old town.  They think the coffle is some kind of fun party game.  They are most lovely and naive.  Are you interested?”.  Kelly and Sophie still treat this like spring break with Kelly (the USA Girl) now holding the chain and leading the coffle deeper into old town unaware of the pleasure and pain they might be headed for.
