The best laid plans...

The burrows of the Owl Hills were treacherous. Many adventurers have entered over the past 5 years and none have emerged; but the lure of gold and glory was too much for Nidia. Former gladiator Trax Gadsen was already nearby, also lured by the thought of finally having enough gold to settle down and they decided to pool their resources to clear out the burrows.

Armed with only their weapons, wits and a small map that admittedly was very incomplete, the two formulated a plan to give them the best chances of survival.

The burrows were a former in-ground temple to a long forgotten death god of a primal civilization from long ago. Giant spiders, gnolls and even a necromantic Litch were at the top of their potential enemies.
