The helpful handy-man

I had to move some stuff down to the basement storage area.  It must have been obvious that Iwas struggling with all of the boxes because the custodian of the apartment building offered his help.  With his help it only took 3 trips to move everything I wanted down there.  I was going to slip him a $50 dollar bill as thanks but he wanted something else.  That's how I ended up spending some quality time in the storage area.  After that, he always rushed to my apartment whenever I called him up with a problem to fix.
