Rod of the Phallic Order:  In the Broken Extended Universe (BEU), there is an order of women who have learned to use raw Essence without the byproduct of losing half of their Life Force.  Those that make it through the years of training are gifted with the Rod of the Phallic Order, which shows the populace that they are magic wielders not to be trifled with.
