VICE Issue 00 Teaser

I've been working for the concept of my VICE comic for the past few years, but just various things kept interrupting the process.  But I'm finally going to try to get the first short, introducing Flux, and this is a small teaser to it.  

Issue 0 will just be introducing our portal creating Flux streaming to all her fans after a hard day of taking down variant humans who break the laws.
