Clothing/Jiggle Simulation Tests

This was a pain in the ass to get right, but we eventually got back on track and starting seeing some viable results as simulations are very finicky. It's still very rough but should be able to get it animation worthy in no time. I am curious to experiment with other body parts so we'll be seeing both model counterpart demos very soon.
