The Courtesan Program

As per your request my lord, a short report on the Courtesan Program.

200 years before the Paladin program, this program has been a tightly kept secret, even to this day.
We the elven council as you know were driven out of our lands, besieged by all the monsters in this world.

We were too weak to properly fight them all, as we noticed with their raids upon our lands.

We noticed that they seemed to have a particular liking towards the Elven women, so we studied their propensities from the shadows. They seemed to favor our women to that extent that they would begin to ignore and exclude females of their own kind.

So we took further study onto the types of women they would potentially favour.
The Courtesan program was thus constructed by our council, recruiting the most talented fleshgrafters of our kingdoms, even some from other races.
Promising them riches, or simply threatening to reveal their very existence to the public.
Seeing Fleshgrafting to be seen as rather un-ethical to start with, or outright dangerous.

The events of Hielan Village 1000 years ago being the greatest example of a fleshgrafter left to their own devices and the growth of their power.
