Meena is trying to take advantage of her hold on Izzy, with her legs tightly wrapped around her foe from behind, she has both of Izzy's arms pinned to her sides, while Meena does her best to choke the poor girl out.  From the looks of it, Izzy does not have much left in her and Meena knows that if this doesn't work...
